Tile & Coping
Loose coping and stained waterlines are both a finish issue and a leak risk. We rebuild edges so skimmers, lights, and expansion joints stay sealed.
Tile crews coordinate with our leak techs when loss tracks to grout lines or coping anchors. You will see the same project in reels on the homepage: before tear out, during install, and after fill.
Gallery shots here focus on mosaic waterlines, stone coping, and decking transitions we actually serviced.
Assessment and scope
We sound coping for hollow beds, photograph crack patterns, and check expansion joints against the beam. Scope includes whether we reset only coping stones or also lift a few deck panels for plumbing access.
- Waterline tile patterns and frost line exposure
- Cantilevered deck sections that bear on the bond beam
- Skimmer throats that need rebuild before new tile
Installation sequence
Demolition is bagged and hauled, subsills are flattened, and waterproofing details are photographed before mud beds go in. We align grout colors with existing patio stone when homeowners want a blended look.
Quality checks before refill
We flood test critical penetrations, verify light niches, and confirm autofill ports sit flush with new finishes. Only then do we turn water back over to startup chemistry.
