Maintenance & Cleaning

Maintenance keeps finishes bright and catches equipment drift before it becomes an emergency visit.

Routes include vacuum passes, wall brushing, basket cleaning, and filter pressure logs. Technicians note autofill behavior and tile haze so leak trends surface early.

Photos show clear waterlines after deep cleaning passes and crew presence on live installs when prep overlaps with service visits.

What a typical visit includes

We adjust chemistry to your usage pattern, empty pump baskets, backwash or clean cartridges as needed, and leave a short written recap. Photos document anything we want you to watch before the next visit.

  • Surface debris removal and tile line brushing
  • Equipment noise and vibration checks
  • Chemical log snapshots for HOA or rental compliance

Cadence planning

High bather loads or heavy tree cover may need weekly visits. Shadier yards with mesh covers might move to biweekly after stabilization. We tune cadence instead of selling a generic package.

Escalation to leak or repair teams

If water level drops faster than evaporation charts predict, we escalate to leak diagnostics with your permission. That continuity avoids repeating history every time a new vendor arrives.
